National Independent Venue Association(NIVA) case analysis

In my capstone-level Strategic Management class, we were assigned to read and research a known company within their specific industry and give solutions to any problems they might be facing. Using course frameworks such as Porter's five forces model, Blue Ocean Strategy, VRIO framework, and more, I successfully analyzed the industry and company-specific dynamics and created multiple plausible solutions to help stop whatever problem they were experiencing. Within this specific case analysis, there is also an additional section that outlines a potential interview with a NIVA member regarding the company's issue and our possible solution.
