Creation of Potential Social Posts for
The Nati nal Independent venue association
For my Capstone Project, I acted as a consulting agency and worked with the National Independent Venue Association (NIVA) to help solve their Ticket scalping problem that is hurting small, locally owned concert venues. As part of my final presentation that I created, I designed some potential social posts that NIVA could use to help spread awareness of the massive secondary market ticket scalping problem that unlucky patrons are experiencing worldwide.
Collaboration with artists who support the cause
Artists like Billie Eilish have been vocal about the dangers of secondary market ticket selling in the past. Here is a potential collaboration post that could potentially work between NIVA and her world tour announcement for her most recent album. It's not hard to realize that collaboration and support from celebrities garner worldwide mainstream media attention. I believe that for NIVA to reach fans about this big issue going on in the ticketing industry right now, the best way would be to reach them through their favorite artists. With a musical star as big Billie sharing her sentiment with this cause, its a potential collaboration that would help lead to way to immediate advocacy and action from fans.

Designed to spread Advocacy and awarness
Potential posts were targeted towards younger demographics, who are the most prominent users of the chosen social media platforms I decided to post on. With NIVA already having successful digital advocacy campaigns in the past, increasing the number of posts on their social accounts with messages like this one could replicate the success of their past campaigns.
